Ever zoomed in on a place and found it completely pixelated? 

That’s Moruroa. 

No one really knows why this island is censored on Google Maps, but people believe it has to do with secret nuclear testing. 

France used this area for nuclear experiments for years, and some say there’s still classified activity happening there.

2. The Giant Bunny – Prata Nevoso, Italy

Imagine looking at a satellite image of Italy and seeing a giant pink bunny lying on a mountain. 

No, it’s not an illusion, it’s a 200-foot-long stuffed rabbit that was placed there by a group of artists. 

The weirdest part? 

The bunny was meant to stay there and decay naturally over time, but now, only parts of it remain.

3. The Blood-Red Lake – Sadr City, Iraq

One day, people noticed that a lake in Iraq had turned completely red on Google Maps. 

It looked like something out of a horror movie. 

While some believe it was caused by pollution or algae, no one has ever confirmed exactly why it turned that color. 

And the creepiest part? 

The lake doesn’t look red anymore.

4. The Desert ‘Star Fortress’ – Egypt

In the middle of the Egyptian desert, there’s a huge, unexplained structure that looks like a star or some kind of military base. 

No official explanation has ever been given for what it is, but theories range from an abandoned defense facility to something built for secret research. 

Whatever it is, it’s massive and oddly symmetrical.

5. The Airplane Graveyard – Tucson, Arizona, USA

If you ever wanted to see a parking lot full of abandoned airplanes, look no further. 

This site in Arizona is home to thousands of decommissioned military planes, all lined up in the desert. 

Some believe the U.S. government stores planes here in case they need them again, while others think they’re just left to rot. 

Either way, it looks like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie.
